Care & Prevention Labs
From discussion to participation: three participatory workshops plus a movement and wellbeing session, focused on generating concrete insights and recommendations. Pick one lab, contribute your perspective, and work out a solution together. After the workshops, reconvene on the main stage to showcase your findings.
Lab 1
From Tracking to Trust
Rethinking Digital Prevention in the Patient–Provider Relationship
Led by Dr Julia Danckwerth
About this lab
What if pregnancy and postpartum were seen not only as episodes of care women to better understand and manage their health, but what happens when their data and insights enter the doctor’s office? This interactive workshop explores how digital prevention can connect more effectively with routine healthcare, strengthening trust, communication and continuity between patients and providers. Together, participants will identify key gaps in today’s care pathways and develop practical ideas for turning patient-generated insights into meaningful, actionable care.
Lab 2
The First 1,000 Days
Prevention, Longevity & the Future of Maternal Health Innovation
Led by Jutta Wohlrab & Paola Carillo-Bustamente
About this lab
Digital health is empowering women to better understand and manage their health, but what happens when their data and insights enter the doctor’s office? This interactive workshop explores how digital prevention can connect more effectively with routine healthcare, strengthening trust, communication and continuity between patients and providers. Together, participants will identify key gaps in today’s care pathways and develop practical ideas for turning patient-generated insights into meaningful, actionable care.
Lab 3
From Silence to Safety
Preventing Digital and Physical Violence as a Women’s Health & FemTech Challenge
About this lab
Violence against women is also a women’s health challenge — and one where healthcare and FemTech can play a greater role. This interactive workshop explores how digital and physical violence can be recognised earlier, where current pathways to support break down, and how technology can help create safer first steps. Participants will develop practical ideas for connecting healthcare, FemTech and specialist support while keeping safety, privacy and women’s autonomy at the centre.
Movement Lab
Sports & Wellbeing
Exercises Designed for the Female Body
Led by Jutta Wohlrab & Paola Carillo-Bustamente
About this lab
How can movement support women’s health across different stages of life? Step into the Movement Lab for practical sessions and learning designed around the female body. Explore exercise as a tool for stress management, recovery and prevention, and discover how strength and movement can act as medicine, supporting bone, metabolic and long-term health. A space to move, recharge and experience prevention in practice.
